1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour, transfer, or travel service with Planet Odysseys E.I.R.L. ("Planet Odysseys", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the client", "traveler") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation via email. All bookings are subject to availability.

• • A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation.
• • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour departure date.
• • For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
• • Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to tours@planetodysseys.com. The following fees apply:

* Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

4. Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

Planet Odysseys reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.

5. Client Responsibilities

• • Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations required for their destination.
• • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations prior to booking.
• • Clients must behave respectfully towards local communities, guides, and fellow travelers.
• • Planet Odysseys reserves the right to exclude any client whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
• • Clients are responsible for being on time for all scheduled departures.

6. Pricing & Inclusions

All prices listed on our website are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices include only the services explicitly listed in each tour description.

Unless specifically stated, prices do not include: international or domestic flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips and gratuities, meals not listed in the itinerary, or entrance fees not mentioned in the tour description.

7. Force Majeure

Planet Odysseys shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, or terrorist activities. In such events, we will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements or credit for future bookings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cusco, Peru.
